First you would need to go to our website and create an account where you can view your dashboard.

Secondly, you will receive an email with your personalized shipping address.

Thirdly, you would then put this address into the various sites you want to shop from. You can do so by adding your name and address when you are finish shopping and ready to check out the items in your cart.

Then as soon as you have made a purchase you would just upload the invoice(s) on your dashboard or send it by WhatsApp to any of our numbers.

Delivery times depend on the time when packages arrive at the warehouse in Florida, the is shipped according to the shipping schedule for air or sea transport, please feel free to contact an agent for more information about the type of service selected and the destination. For example, if it is delivered between Thursday through to Wednesday, it will arrive in Jamaica on Monday.

You can track your package by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email, then Login to the portal and find the matching tracking number for such item and you see where your package is. Also, you should get updates in the email you used to sign up about each package.

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal and COD.

Yes, you can nominate an authorized representative to pick up your package. Please provide the representative’s name, valid identification and a copy of your authorization letter.

Yes, you can provide a different shipping address at checkout.

Yes, certain items may not be sent or accepted depending on Jamaican laws and regulations. Please refer to an agent or the Jamaica customs page for more information.

Packages are updated in batches so by the end of the day you should be to see it when you track it. If it is not showing in your ChaseCourier account after 24 hours of being delivered, then contact us. There may have been an error in the shipping address you used.

All packages coming through the Jamaica Customs are opened and inspected by a Customs Officer to verify that the invoice matches the contents of the package. They are then resealed using cello tape.

ChaseCourier must declare to the Jamaica Customs Agency the contents and value of each package entering the country through our service. If invoices are not provided, this will result in delays at Customs and there is the possibility that the Customs Officer inspecting the shipment will assign a higher value to your package.
